Meet Dayle
Dayle is the creative genius behind DaylightBrand. She earned her degree in graphic design from Kalamazoo Valley Community College and has over 18 years of design and creative directing experience. Dayle loves exploring new outdoor activities and has a passion for growing and supporting healthy community. She can often be found talking up random strangers and munching on granola at expos and outdoor events.
Dayle currently resides in Michigan with her husband, Jordan, her four children and Chance the dog.
Meet Aaron
Aaron is the technical genius and co-conspirator of the company. He graduated WMU with a BFA in Graphic Design and has over 20 years experience working as a creative. He participated in a galavant in Italy and studied on the tippy tops of Swiss Alps to find his inner Bob Ross. He has worked for big and small companies that have made him a valuable contributor to the dry boring side of the business as well as a wealth of knowledge and experience in design software and production processes, marketing, other stuff — like making over-the-counter medication look appealing.
Aaron is a professional girl-dad residing in Michigan with his loving wife, Karen, three teenage daughters, two cat’s, and two dogs.
…and a crested gecko named Vera.
Who We Are
Dayle and Aaron are business partners and creative collaborators. They combined design forces at the beginning of 2023 as the last of their pro-bono projects came to an end. Once they realized how well they worked together, starting a business made sense. DaylightBrand was previously Dayle’s hobby, put on hold by the pandemic. Aaron saw what it was always meant to be — a community centric beacon to the outdoor enthusiast community. From that point on DaylightBrand has sprung to life and its journey forward promises to be fun.
At DaylightBrand, creating designs that strengthen the connection between humans and the great outdoors seemed like a stretch at first – until people started wearing them. The art became a self-expression of a common interest and identity shared by those in the outdoor community. By engaging in an active lifestyle outdoors and practicing conservation, DaylightBrand connects with people who share a love for artistic expression and experiencing nature in unique and special ways.

We love learning about the passions and interests of others, and believe community and common interest in the outdoors contributes to human flourishing.
